Cedar Key, FL also attracts a lot of bikers year round. I might find a way to advertise it there.

Contact the (AMA) American Motorcycle Association. They have contact all over the USA for advertising and it’s cheap?
Even as myself I have properties in Sturgis SD, Kanab and in 3 Flags Florida?
When you want for specific engagements like Bike week?

If you are close by and screen the renters in person, remember these cops are also not just in uniform, But they are really all in Law-Enforcement?
