Big Bear Choppers may still have one. The other way to go is with a good rolling chassis that will basically need only motor and trans, hand controls and lighting. Kit bikes (home builds) are getting harder to title, so companies are getting out of the biz. Check your state DMV to make sure you don't end up with a bike you can't license.
