Do a google search for ‘motorcycle kits.’ You’ll find dozens of sources. Here’s a couple to start with…

They all make kits but only sell through their dealers.

CCI or V twin are the best bets also if you have 30-50K look at Kiwi Indian

Due to the new EPA regulations, many of the big catalogs have discontinued kit bikes. Big Bear Choppers may still have one. The other way to go is with a good rolling chassis that will basically need only motor and trans, hand controls and lighting. Kit bikes (home builds) are getting harder to title, so companies are getting out of the biz. Check your state DMV to make sure you don’t end up with a bike you can’t license.
