I going to do Dayton next yr. I was not in to doing the 100th anniversary to much $$$ needed I think ROT is a hell of a good time in the next few yr it will be on the list as one of the big rallies

It really isn’t even close… The HD 100th had a ticket required event at lakeside that numbered about 150,000. Even adding those that did not attend the ‘event’ you wouldn’t reach the 500,000 that would attend Daytona. Now this year would be different when Daytona looked like two weekend events with an empty week between.

I live just minutes from Daytona and go to bike week every year.. you have to understand that bike week isn’t just in Daytona it in all the cities within 50 miles of there and I believe they said attendance this past year was around 500,000, it’s a good time if you choose your party spots carefully, being a local I know where to go and where not to go.

the 500,000 number has been used the last several years.. Daytona has to be bigger just because of the involvement from all the businesses for miles around

Daytona has always been a sore spot with me “cops” but i would say out of those 2 it prob did better Wis is to far for that kind of thing
Sturgis would have doubled both combined easy

I did not go to either, but If I were a betting man I would put money on Daytona as the bigger draw in 2003
