If you go to Harley's website you can find out the prices for each new Harley model. Used Harleys will be cheaper, but they tend to hold their value, so they will not be drastically lower in price. Two years ago I looked at new and used Harleys. I ended up with a used 4 year old FXD Super Glide. Only had about 3,800 miles on it, was in excellent shape and it was about $4,000 cheaper than a new one. It took a while until I fell into that deal, but it can happen. You will hear some guys say Harleys are $25,000 or more. The bikes that cost that much have been customized to the nth degree. Go to Harley's website and check the prices for yourself.
