First off you need to read the motor vehicle code for your state. If mopeds and motorized bicycles are considered the same. A certificate of origin means you actualy own the property you paid for. A title means the state owns your property and they kindly let you use the property you bought. So NEVER get a title if you have the certificate of origin. You would be turning the proprty over to the state.
